Although we are a service company and do not directly contribute to pollution, we understand the significant role we play in the chain of environmental progress. Therefore, in our joint vision with iQanto - SNEF Groupe for sustainable development, we have made significant efforts with local partners to reduce our carbon footprint. Our corporate social responsibility actions are varied, covering areas such as culture, health, sport, social responsibility and environmental responsibility.

SANITATION OF LAKE DRAGAN 2024

The ecological action took place over 3 days and the result was the fight against pollution on Lake Dragan - the largest "wild" lake in Cluj County, by sanitizing the land surfaces around the lake and on the surface of the lake with the help of kayaks. PLANTING THE CCIFER FOREST IN LIPANESTI

For the second year in a row, BRINEL has been involved in the planting action in Lipanesti, an action coordinated by CCIFER - French Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Some of our colleagues contributed with more than 300 other volunteers to the planting of 9250 trees. Thus, 11,000 acacia trees were planted in Lipănești, Prahova, in 3 years, which represents the equivalent of 476 tonnes of carbon emissions ♻️ offset.

SANITATION OF LAKE BELIS 2021-2022

In the summer of 2021, we participated and supported another green action organized by CAR Cluj, which aimed to clean up Lake Belis to fight pollution. This was the first stage of sanitation. The second stage of the project to sanitize and clean Belis Lake took place in 2022. Also this time BRINEL was an important partner. Read the story here.

TRANSYLVANIA OPEN 2025 PARTNERS

We proudly marked our fourth consecutive year as supporters of the Transylvania Open WTA. This year, we brought a GenAI solution to the best WTA 250 tennis tournament, allowing visitors and spectators to quickly and easily create their own AI avatars. Our continued presence as supporters of the Transylvania Open for the fourth year in a row is a testament to our commitment to initiatives that strengthen the community, promote sports, and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

PARTNERS AT TENJIN MATSURI FESTIVAL

BRINEL was a sponsor at the Tenjin Matsuri Festival, which took place at the National Theatre "I. L. Caragiale" in Bucharest. The event was a unique opportunity to discover Japanese culture through impressive Taiko drum shows, traditional dances and colourful parades.

We actively support the development of the educational environment through initiatives that directly address them. In 2023 we supported the Innova 2.0 Academy project organized by the Francophone Business Club of Cluj-Napoca, USAMV Cluj-Napoca, Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, UBB and UT Cluj.

DANUBIUS SUMMER SCHOOL PARTNERS

BRINEL was the main supporter of the DANUBIUS Summer School, an action that provided an opportunity for students and teachers to research and assess the quality and management of water resources of the Danube - Danube Delta - Black Sea river system.

SUPPORT FOR CHARITY FAIRS

We organized and supported two charity fairs dedicated to Christmas and March 8 where the children from the Children's Home „Căsuța Bucuriei” presented their handmade decorations and trinkets. BRINEL team was able to purchase from the children's creations.
